Consultants provides professional services at a number of regional
hospitals (see "Where We
Practice" tab) in addition to our imaging centers at
the Foundation Center and in Pavilion I of Saint Joseph Regional
Medical Center -South Bend. If you received your services at
one of the hospitals in which we practice, your X-Ray Consultants'
bill will just be for the "professional component",
or the "reading" of your imaging studies. You will
also receive a bill from the hospital where your study was done
for the "technical component", which involves the
actual production of the images.
If you received your
services from XRC Medical Imaging at either our Foundation
Center or Pavilion I locations however, you will receive just
one bill. This is a "global billing" to include
both the professional and technical components.
Wherever you receive services from
X-Ray Consultants, you can always inquire about your account
status at our central billing office, located at 121 S. St.
Louis Blvd. in South Bend. The office's telephone number is

in order for us to serve you more promptly.
