X-Ray Consultants (XRC) announced today that Peter D. Miller, M.D., has joined its team of subspecialty radiologists. Miller, a South Bend native and Notre Dame and Indiana University School of Medicine graduate, brings subspecialty expertise in vascular and interventional radiology to the regional radiology group.
Mishawaka-based Legacy Vein Clinic will open a Plymouth location in July.
“The Plymouth area needs a more consistent presence for the care of vascular disorders,” said Dr. Terrence Wilkin, of X-Ray Consultants, the clinic’s parent company. “We want to make things much more accessible for the community and for the communities of Warsaw and Rochester.”

His certification with the American Board of Venous & Lymphatic Medicine is a direct reflection of his knowledge in the field of vein care and his continued commitment to the advancement of vein care. The guidelines, recently issued by the government-sponsored U.S. Preventive Services Task Force (USPSTF) recommend against all commonly accepted routine breast cancer screening methods for average-risk women in their 40s, including mammography and breast self exams (BSE).
