Lori takes it upon herself to greet all patients with a warm smile and to help them in any way that she can. She is very dedicated to her job and those around her find that her positive, upbeat attitude is contagious.

Jeanette is a registered nurse whose duties mainly involve the Vein Clinic but also include general nursing functions at XRCMI. Jeanette has a solid nursing background and enjoys the special challenges that the Vein Clinic presents. She always takes care to educate her patients at the time of their consultation and then follow them through the entire process of their diagnostic studies and treatment. Jeanette is typified by her outgoing, friendly personality in addition to her clinical skills.

Herm is a part-time courier for XRCMI. A retired local businessman, Herm very much enjoys getting out and about and meeting people. Herm's distinguishing characteristic is that he is always in a good mood and always has something positive to say. As the saying goes, Herm is just plain ?good people?.
