When XRCMI attempts to fill a staff position, we look for more than just technical and clinical expertise, although those are certainly important areas. We also look for the necessary personal, behavioral and attitudinal characteristics that are required to be a part of the XRCMI team.

XRCMI realizes that nothing…..not our facility, not our equipment……is as important to your overall care as our caregivers and office staff. A continual emphasis is placed on complete patient satisfaction and the importance of warm, friendly interactions, not just between our staff and our patients, but also between the staff members themselves. This commitment to the culture within XRCMI is taken so seriously that it is an integral and ongoing component of our Continuous Quality Improvement Program.
